Nikolay Kanchev, M.Pharm, is an experienced pharmaceutical supply chain professional with over a decade of expertise in retail, wholesale, warehousing, supply network optimization, and 3PL management. At Amgen, he has excelled for over 5 years, leading key projects across multiple countries. His passion for improving patient access and commitment to teamwork drive operational excellence and efficiency.
Krassimira has 25+ years of experience in different leadership roles (Market Access, Medical, Marketing) in multinational pharma and biopharma companies, including Sandoz, AstraZeneca, and Amgen. Prior to joining BioMedica, she was the GM of Amgen Bulgaria, responsible for opening the affiliate, establishing Amgen local operations, setting up the organization and developing the business in the country.
Ian Paterson has over 20 years of experience as a European commercialization leader in rare diseases, holding senior roles across multinational pharma and biopharma companies including Novo Nordisk, Genzyme, Sanofi, and Travere. Throughout his career, he has led multiple global orphan drug launches and driven innovative market expansion models across Europe. Ian has held full EMEA P&L responsibility exceeding USD 400 million, delivering sustainable growth across diverse and complex healthcare markets.
Buket, with her formidable background in both medical practice and pharmaceutical leadership, has significantly influenced the Turkish pharmaceutical landscape, especially in hemato-oncology and rare disease areas. Her career journey, from a specialist physician to holding pivotal roles in companies like Novartis, Lilly Pharmaceuticals, and Roche, showcases her adeptness in merging clinical expertise with strategic business acumen to launch key pharmaceutical products and access programs.
Dmitriy, serving as the managing partner for Israel, boasts extensive market access experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, underpinned by over two decades of leadership in the pharmaceutical industry. His role emphasizes his expertise in expanding market reach and fostering strategic partnerships, driving the company’s growth and innovation in the region.
Dimana Kadiyska is an experienced Regulatory professional with 25+years of experience in Regulatory Filing and Strategy, Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance, Quality, Supply chain and warehousing developed at large companies like Amgen, Pfizer and Merck.
Anna serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Biomedica Group. Since 2005, she has amassed significant experience in Quality Assurance, working at some of the industry's most prominent production sites. From 2015 onwards, Anna has been instrumental in the development, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of quality management systems in the pharmaceutical sector, strictly adhering to GMP/GDP standards and best practices. Prior to her role at Biomedica, Anna held positions at leading pharmaceutical firms including Novo Nordisk, Alvogen, and Farmamondo.
Raya is an experienced lawyer with over 15 years of legal practice, serving as both in-house and external counsel. She has extensive expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law, as well as in data protection, life sciences, and intellectual property law.
Ludovit has 25+ years of experience in leadership roles in the biopharma as a GM at Medison Pharma and had prior GM and Medical Affairs roles at Amgen and Schering-Plough
